Open letters to the Australian Tax department ~ Tax exemption Submission By Clemencia
The impetus for commencing this page was the receipt of a letter from the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation. The tone of this letter is threatening in that it states I will be punished if I do not comply to the demands of the Deputy Commissioner that she will impose severe penalties on me. Since her demands ultimately require me to fund the ‘system’ contained within her ‘ideological’ belief in the ‘right’ of control, punishment, interference, killing, and the waging of war, I realized I needed to help her and many others to understand just why I cannot comply to their demands no matter how much they threaten me.I decided to elevate this 'Freedom of Religion' and 'Tax' expose into the public domain to alert everyone to a reality that goes beyond rules, statutes and regulations imposed by men and into the spiritual domain of God's Truth in these matters. It is the God Truth that has remained hidden for a long time and I believe it is of the utmost spiritual importance for both 'believers' and non-believers alike to now understand the implication of this "God" Truth. The commencement of this 'page' is a desire on my part to share with any who read it the Truth as to why I believe I needed to take this journey of ‘withdrawal’ from funding the Australian Taxation Office, an arm of government that in my opinion has an ideology which not only contradicts but is hostile to that Commanded by God. The reasons this is so is due to the fact that their ideology is one of force backed by control utilizing punishment to ensure compliance. Further their methods are merciless, controlling, punitive and warring making their ‘code of conduct’ policy one that is in direct contravention of the Command of God. The first and most important reason for taking this step is so that I may walk in the Truth of God’s Command to be "peaceful, merciful, loving, compassionate and forgiving" at all times and in all circumstances. To comply to this Command of God I cannot fund their warlike, threatening ways since that way is in 'direct' opposition to God's Command. If as the reader you do not believe in God, and this allows you to believe in the use of force to control, injure, punish, wage war or destroy the property of others, then there is no need for you to read further. However, if you do read on then you may be able to 'question' your present belief. I say this merely because this document is raised up to assist those who believe in God and in God's command of peace, love and mercy to see the error of funding doctrinal policy that is in contravention of God’s Command. Over 10 years ago I wrote an ‘official’ letter to the the Commissioner of Taxation advising him that I could no longer fund an institution that I realised operated in such a manner as to conflict totally with my belief. I made the decision then to stand up for God’s truth and Command and as a consequence have since not ‘voted’ nor have I filled in any Tax returns. My decision then and now has been to take ‘seriously’ a desire to pay respect to my belief in God, to respect all His children, and to respect my conscience. My decision was based on the truth that I could no longer condone, nor support, any activity performed by ‘officialdom’ in my name because their actions cause ‘injury, loss, distress, or mental and emotional suffering’ to other human beings. The Truth that I now live by will be tested as I stand up for God by publicly refusing to bow to the demands of the Australian Taxation Office because I BELIEVE that if I did bow to their forceful pressure and paid taxes it would mean I would be following and supporting their ideological belief in the right to use punitive and extortionist methods of controlling the population. My truth therefore is to simply say no to their 'demands' of me. By so doing I will not be in a position whereby my money is used in supporting their control of, coercion of, and even the killing of others. While many of us never give too much thought to just what is done with the money taken from us through the taxation system, and then ‘used’ in our name by the Australian Taxation Office or other departments, the reality is that a part of our money is utilized to support invasion and wars in other countries as well as being used to bully via threats members of the local population..The money people provide via taxes not only supports positive community needs such as hospitals, schools, aged care, transport and so on, needs that are a necessary part of any community, but these ‘good works’ cannot hide the other reality, namely that the same tax dollar is also used to "incarcerate’ control and punish" individuals in those communities.One of the ‘other things’ that the ATO does with your tax dollar is to threaten persecution and incarceration when any one of us is simply following our supposed right under the Constitution to "Religious Freedom, and this intimidating 'action' instils fear in people. This is the reality in my case.I have chosen to take very seriously God’s Command that I must always live in peace with forgiveness, mercy and compassion in all that I do because this 'all' includes accepting personal responsibility for what is done with monies I pay in tax. If I know that much pain can be and is caused by the monies I supply through tax then I need to know that is what I am responsible for.What I have discovered for myself and what many of you reading this may not realize is, that when government officials do wage wars, incarcerate people for minor matters or threaten and bully individuals into submission, God holds us responsible for our part in those actions if we supported or funded such activity.Let me say it one more time, if I am a ‘taxpayer’ then God holds me complicit in and responsible for having provided funds so that the anti-God actions of 'government' can be continued on a daily basis! When we allow ourselves to remain ignorant to the truth that we are 'complicit' when actions are perpetrated ‘in our name,’ the continuation of what is done negatively via the funds we provide means that we place ourselves under the punitive aspect of God’s Law, and…… "We Reap what we Sow," because we are also responsible for the actions of our servants who do all 'on our behalf. This means that we will be required by God to feel an equal painful Karmic return within God's Law for all the pain that is inflicted on others because we provided the funds to facilitate the infliction of that pain. In other words, under God’s Law we will be required to feel the pain inflicted on other’s even though that pain was delivered via our ‘servant’s because, not only do we fund them to so do, but if we voted them into office then we gave our implicit consent for them to act on our behalf. My question is …."Do you really want others to act in this way on your behalf"? I ask this because if you loudly proclaim that you do not while providing the funds for them to so act, that wish cannot ameliorate the fact that you are in part responsible for their actions. In God’s eyes you are as responsible as your servants are for the punitive actions they perform on your behalf. The 'question' I am now raising for all to see is "Can a true believer like myself live in accordance with the Command of God to 'Go your way in peace and love one another' without being coerced and forced to support, condone or fund any person or institution that is proven to be operating in a manner that is ideologically opposed to the precepts of God's Command"? The answer should be "Yes," for everyone is entitled to 'bow' to their belief in God's Command.As I now clearly see it, all governing institutions on earth use force, whether through punitive measures or absolute control of one sort or another, and as the taxes provided facilitate these actions by government officials I BELIEVE that I am entitled to say: "NO" I will not fund you because I will only bow to God's Command. If I believe that funding the 'State' institution compromises my allegiance to God, and I believe that it does as well as clearly being in contravention of my belief in God’s Command to "Go your way in peace and love one another," then surely I must be taken seriously when I state that I will not be coerced into defiance of God and therefore I will continue to live my belief in conformity to God's Command. As a true and absolute pacifist I certainly believe that to fund any 'terrorist' organization, even if it is disguised in the form of a supposedly ‘benevolent’ government, is error.I also believe that to pay 'taxes' knowing that what is done with the money I pay would be a betrayal to God, would cause me to be 'unfaithful' to my God and my conscience and that would be grave error. I hasten to state that I believe that every one of us has a moral 'duty' to help the needy and that naturally every 'civil' society needs funds for the provision of services towards the many benign community endeavours, whether they are the provision of schools, roads, hospitals, aged or disability support or transport. That being said, I also firmly believe that to fund any 'control' of the population or, to conduct wars against any of God’s children, is to deny the Truth of Gods given "Code of Conduct' Command. For me then my case involving the ATO will 'test' the 'Freedom of Religion' clause contained within the Constitution of every supposedly "free" country in the world and, I believe that said 'clause' was inspired by God so that TRUE BELIEVERS could live peacefully without having to fund any 'warrior' tribes. To summarize, I believe that if I was to fund government coffers then all the 'injury' imposed by departmental 'heads' and their enforcement agencies upon others, using my funds as their 'wages' or 'munitions' supply, would accrue a painful spiritual debt upon me within the absolutely 'Just' and immutable "As you or your servants do unto others will be done unto you" LAW of God.I believe that true believers in God must now choose to 'deny' or 'follow' God's truth because I believe that the Creator is now to 'decide' the spiritual destiny of all of us. I trust and hope that my 'case' will assist each one of you to a better life ahead. I will continue to post the 'results' of the ongoing correspondence of this difficult journey between me and the ATO officers on-line as that journey unfolds. The entire content of this on line document is my 'defence' submission to all the "Court officials" to assist them to an enlightened and positive decision that will become a precedent that will also assist everyone to a deeper understanding of God's requirement of everyone. Clemencia ~ Open letter ~ To: Raelene Vivian Dear Mrs. Vivian, I refer to your letter ID: 365819215234039 dated 31 Oct 2009 I write this as Clemencia's 'Counsellor' and wish to advise you that I find your letter to be absolutely 'reprehensible' and rude in that it contains coercion and threats of punishment if your personal demands are not met, being that if she 'fails' to 'submit' to said demands and does not forward the details demanded then - - - quote - - -
If you truly believe that as a 'public servant' that you are doing a service in sending out such a letter then I can but say that you are a deluded and very vain person. Surely if a person has 'failed' to submit forms to a department then it would be 'polite' to 'invite' them to write to you with an explanation prior to telling them that your INTENT is to cause them ‘instant’ mental and emotional stress simply by the sending out of such a letter, and by stating your INTENT to use force to steal monies from their bank account or cause them financial loss. Equally, to threaten to ‘brand’ them as a common 'criminal' and possibly have them evicted from their home and incarcerated shows you to be no ‘servant’ but rather the ‘dictatorial master.’ I am advised by one of your 'officials' that you are 'above & beyond' being 'answerable' directly and that merely because your name appears on an ‘official’ letter it does not make you responsible for that letter! That is error of belief and again appears to be a sign of total arrogance and I can but state that, as I see it, any person so 'foolish' as to give their name out as the means whereby other mortals can be threatened, punished, coerced or 'victimized' shows their personal absolute disregard of and disrespect for other children of God. I state the above because it appears you are totally unaware that you are spiritually responsible for ALL the 'injury' and loss imposed resulting from your 'inert' ACTION because IT is 'collusion' in the name of 'officialdom.’ Your name is being used as the 'stamp' of approval for all subsequent interaction that will be 'done' in your name and on your behalf as the 'instigator.'Dear madam, "where I ask does God stand in all this"? Religious = - - - - scrupulously faithful, pious, devotion - - - it is the policy of ones daily code of conduct interaction with other children of God. This means that ones 'religion' is not any named 'Church' organisation, nor is it the imposed 'rituals' of the various organisations that vary from one to the other. Clemencia’s personal religious ideal or ideology is that of absolute pacifism at all times and in all situations because that is the requirement of the Creator God according to HER belief, and to that 'end' she is faithful because, God commands 'man' to "Go your way in peace and love one another and BE merciful, compassionate and forgiving."Clemencia is of the belief that if she was to support, condone or fund any person or institution such as yours which has a proven Contra ideological Belief of control, interference, extortion, fine, punishment, torture, incarceration, WAR and killing, that she would be seen by HER chosen Monarch our CREATOR God as being 'unfaithful' to His Command.She also knows that if she was to support any punitive activity that is in contravention of His Command, that God would reprimand her within the precepts of His immutable "As you or your servants do unto others will be done unto you" LAW. I wish to advise you 'formally' that I believe your 'threat' of punishment and or incarceration is intimidating, and is an unlawful invasion of a person's state of mind and emotions, as well as an 'act' of religious persecution.Madam, it appears to me that many politicians, officials and magistrates have taken it upon themselves to totally ignore the God given rights of mankind to follow God’s Command and have God as their sovereign Monarch. Many also seem to ‘assume’ they can ignore their own Constitution which clearly sets out the mandate the right to "Freedom" of religion. Please now try and see that any person who continues to ignore the Constitutional right to freedom of religion through their vanity or ignorance is a person that is factually ‘guilty’ of ‘insurrection’ and can be said to be inciting civil unrest in the community. I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that:
There is now to be a "No tolerance" attitude
taken towards anyone of the public or any state official having any
racial prejudice or religious INTOLERANCE. I wish to advise you 'formally' that you the 'individual' cannot 'hide' behind the 'facade' of any named institution because it IS YOU 'pointing the bone' and thus 'pulling the trigger' by the very 'act' of your ‘printed’ signature. Be advised that NO person is above 'reproach.' Also be advised of my INTENT to 'subpoena' you ahead if the matter goes to court because it is truly the time for the general public to be made aware that they are being 'bullied' into submission by a 'trail of paper' sent out ignominiously by 'unconscionable' people who are placing themselves above God. IF you have the intent to PERSECUTE a person for LIVING according to their religious belief simply because it is different to your religious belief and, you seek to coerce her into 'joining' your 'Religion,' I further ADD that such an act of persecution on your part will be TREASON against the Commonwealth of Australia (The Crown) as well as against God.Sincerely – Terence – the Spirit of Truth Issued on behalf of 'Clemencia' and humanity. Letter to Mr. Linton Lethlean, Barrister Dear Sir, Ref: ATO v/s Clemencia I write this to you as I believe that you are a godly person who has the insight to fully understand the revelations and implications of this and the attached correspondence. I write in the 'hope' that if 'ahead' any employee of the Australian Taxation Office raises their 'lance' and charges towards Lady Clemencia a 'damsel' of the Light, that on her behalf and on behalf of the Freedom of Religion right of every mortal that you will step forwards and raise your 'banner,' and stand by her side to defend her with your mental might and spiritual insight. She has received a 'Final Notice' letter from Raelene Vivian dated 31 Oct 2009 stating to the effect that she is required to furnish income tax returns for 01 July 2004 to 10 June 2008 to the Commissioner of Taxation and, - - for the years prior to 30 June 2000 and for the years 30 June 2001 onwards and, said 'returns must be forwarded no later than 12 December 2009 and, - - - The letter contains a coercive 'threat' for it is also stated therein that if she 'fails' to 'submit' to the demands and does not forward the details demanded then she 'may' be prosecuted and convicted of a criminal offence and fined $2,200 for a first offence and $4,400 for a second offense and for any further offence fined $5,500 and imprisoned for 12 months or both. I do believe that this letter is simply an extortionists attempt to extract monies from an individual in a very underhand manner that is not only in contravention of God's Command for 'each' to: "Go your way in peace and love one another" and also, - - -It is clearly stated within the Constitution of the institution that Raelene serves, that everyone is entitled to live by their religion – 'ideological code of conduct belief and conscience.' (Notes attached) As I see it, as Clemencia is a 'proven' pacifist, any attempt to coerce her to fund the ATO is an attempt to force her to 'change' her ideological belief, for if she 'paid up' then it would mean that she was 'faithless' to God her Monarch and her chosen ideology, and she would become a 'criminal' in God's eyes for her defiance of His PEACE Command. Why is this so - - - because in so doing, she would be funding a known and self-proven terrorist organisation. For every government on earth is 'such' due to the fact that they use force, weapons of destruction, coercion, intimidation, control, invasion, extortion, punishment and killing and all this is of the CONTRA religious ideology of WAR.For institutional operatives would use part of said funds for their control over others, towards punitive threats and the 'who do all in their name and on their behalf and this becomes a personal heavy spiritual DUE 'burden' of suffering within the ONE immutable law of God: "As you or your servants do unto others will by others be done unto you."So I add, in your considered opinion, using the Command of God and/or the 'Freedom of religion' Act attached, does mortal man (Clemencia) have the Divine Right to 'defy' the 'charges' and to follow the Code of Conduct commanded by God and guaranteed within the Constitution of the land? A long time ago Clemencia ceased to 'vote' and she withdrew from supporting, condoning and funding the System of government and elected to simply 'go it alone' with God as her Monarch, thus she has 'immunity' from funding their 'system' within the 'Freedom of Religion' Acts (Contained within the High Court attachment) and she thus 'rebuffs' any and all 'claims' against her. It is apparent that over ‘time’ the meaning of words has become ‘lost’ to the point that there is now the ‘assumption’ that the words ‘Freedom of Religion’ implies the freedom to ‘fellowship’ with a known and named ‘Church’ order or organisation, and that the ‘exemption’ to paying taxes has been conferred to the named organisations. I hereby clarify this point for humanity as it is ERROR. The reality as exposed within these letters is that the word ‘Religion’ has naught to do with the ‘named’ institutions and everything to do with ones personal belief in God and the consequential ‘code of conduct’ POLICY of ones interaction with others as ‘tested’ by God with respect to ITS conformity or otherwise to His "Peace, love, mercy, compassion and forgiveness" Command. In this sense ones personal conduct becomes proof of their 'religious' belief that being either one of PEACE or WAR.It is now the time for every one to be awakened to the fact that God offers His protection to those that rely on His word, thus true believers, being those that NEVER disturb the peace of the land and who do bow in subservience to His Command and obey IT at all times and in all situations, must receive the RIGHT of ‘tolerance’ to their belief and, they must NOT be threatened or coerced by officials or through political ‘legislation’ in an attempt to force them through ‘fear’ to ‘join’ the opposition and fund ITS, "the system's" Dark policies.Refer: The ONE true faith article at end of document page 6 As for the present 'moment,' I simply send this info to you so that IF you feel that you can stand by Clemencia if she is in need then you will be prepared with all the relevant info. I attach her response to the Assistant Tax Commissioner ‘Raelene Vivian’ and other items below. I do believe that all the woes of mankind stem from ignorance and the deception of the Dark that seduced man into using its forceful and destructive energy to ‘gain’ and to defend and to wage war, and this is what has held mankind into ongoing bondage and suffering as they supported, condoned’ and funded the RELIGION OF WAR. This ‘case’ at hand is probably the most important one ever to be placed before public scrutiny because it will ‘test’ every individual to see whether they as INDIVIDUALS are now ready to turn to God and go their way in peace as has Clemencia or, whether they will continue to fund the armed protection of men and their institutions through fear of reprisal and face the eternal consequence of suffering within God’s Law for funding the abuse of His children.I do believe that you Sir are a man of God ‘worthy’ to be His instrument in elevating the consciousness of mankind so that ‘officials’ have the opportunity to redeem their own souls before it IS TOO LATE. Lord and Master not man nor the institution or legislation of man. It is my fervent religious ideological belief that: As a true 'believer' I do not have to 'prove' my belief through fellowshipping with any named religious 'order' nor conforming with the 'rituals' as decreed by priests because I BELIEVE that, since God is my chosen Monarch I must simply go about my daily affairs in conformity to HIS commanded code of conduct policy and this precludes me from fellowshipping with any named religion of man with its 'controls.' I also cannot 'belong to' nor support any institution of man having any policies that conflict to those ordained by God. It is my fervent religious ideological belief that: The cause of all suffering results from man departing from the reliance of God's holy words: "Rely not on the strength of arms to defend or protect you, for if you so do then you or others will raise up a sword, axe or gun in 'protection' or 'aggression' against others, and this activity is in contravention of My 'Peace' Command, and in so doing all lose the divine protection granted by Me, and as you or those in your employ go forth forcefully causing others pain, loss, banishment, emotional travail and all then suffer the consequence." The Primary TRUTHFUL and RULING Command of God that

It is my fervent religious ideological belief that: If I support, condone or fund any 'warlike' controlling, subjugating, terrorising, interfering, taxing, punitive or destructive person, ideology, or institution of man, then the 'intelligence' of God's massive and invisible Dark energy will 'hound' me and seek to balance ITS Scales of Justice by ensuring that I suffer all the deprivation, loss, terror or injury imposed upon others by my 'servants' and, - - - I believe that the same Dark intelligence would do ITS utmost to deceive me and to coerce me into continuing to give support to the warring institution, so that IT the Dark could justifiably destroy my spirit soul or having proven my infidelity to the "Go your way in peace & love one another" Command of the Creator, God the supreme leader of mankind. Clemencia The question is 'What is the meaning of the word 'Religion'? Justices Mason and Brennan, in a joint judgment, stressed the importance of the case in determining fundamental questions of religious freedom in Australia and the extent to which an individual is free to believe and act without legal restraint.Justices Mason and Brennan said, "Freedom of religion, the paradigm freedom of conscience, is of the essence of a free society. The chief function in the law of a definition of religion is to mark out an area within which a person subject to the law is free to believe and act in accordance with his belief without legal restraint."The definition affected the operation of the religious-freedom guarantee under the Constitution and many other laws granting religions special benefits. The question of religion had received little judicial attention in Australia; it was time to grapple with it. "Protection is accorded to preserve the dignity and freedom of each man so that he may adhere to any religion of his choosing or to none ," they said. "The freedom of religion being equally conferred on all, the variety of religious beliefs which are within the area of legal immunity is not restricted."The judges stressed the importance of the actions of the adherents rather than the dogma itself. Note : My personal religious ideal or ideology is that of absolute pacifism at all times and in all situations because that is the requirement of the Creator God according to my belief, and to that 'end' I am faithful because, God commands man to "Go your way in peace and love one another and BE merciful, compassionate and forgiving."NOTE : Freedom of religion applies to the INDIVIDUAL, not the organisation. The organisation has no 'conscience' as IT is simply a name given by men to an 'umbrella' and as all can now see, the many persons living under said umbrella can all hold different ideological 'views' and some are peaceful and others are warlike.~ The ‘Devil’s’ Doctrine ~ There is a ‘doctrine’ that pervades the lives and livelihoods of every person on every land, and it is a ‘Religion’ that hides itself in a ‘cloak’ of fatherhood and secularism. It is a religion because it is a ‘system’ of ideological belief being the belief that the text of ‘rulings’ contained in a ‘book’ must be funded, supported, condoned by, and followed by every person on the land. Any person failing to ‘bow’ in subservience to its latter day ‘rules or decrees’ or any person that fails to fund its ‘extortionist’ fines or taxes are mercilessly hounded, persecuted and punished.This religion is the governing 'State' religion and its controlling, invasive, punitive and warring doctrine is ‘that’ of the malignant ‘one,’ the Dark force that leads ITS followers into great travail, bondage and Hell. The doctrine of this State religion is 'heresy,' and those espousing it are heretics.Yes, this religion is in total and absolute opposition to the benign Command of the Light of God that leads ITS followers to freedom, salvation and Heaven.This State 'Religion' is the 'government' of many a land and it has a benign 'principle' clause in its 'Constitution' stating that all persons on the land are 'free' to follow their own religious beliefs and doctrine as long as they go their way in peace. It also states in its 'texts' that no person will be disadvantaged in any way for living by their 'different' belief, however, - - - The men of the police forces, paid to serve the dictates of this religion, are ignorant of these facts. They are also ignorant of the Law of God, of God's existence and God's Command whereby God states that everyone on every land must "Go their way in peace, and be loving, kind, compassionate, merciful and forgiving" and, - - -Due to the ignorance of these policemen and of their 'magistrate' enforcers, all continue to take a false wage because they defy their God and they defy the given 'mandate' of their own Constitution, as they harass the 'innocent' and peaceful who are going about their daily business IN CONFORMITY to God's Command. Instead of giving those peaceful a 'wave' and a smile they harass and persecute and 'dispossess' them.These ignorant men need to see that any doctrine forbidding anyone else to live in accordance with their own ideological belief is a doctrine of the Devil, for why should any person be forced to live in an 'unconscionable manner? Why should any person be forced to fund by tax or fine any other 'doctrine' that they believe is ERROR or FALSE?These ignorant police and their enforcement department 'heads' and servers need to see that they are not above or beyond the 'reach' of God and that they too are by God expected to: "Go their way in peace, and be loving, kind, compassionate, merciful and forgiving" and, - - - that as He, God is 'almighty' that He will 'subject' them to the 'authority' of His ONE immutable "As you do is done unto you" Law in this realm or in the after life.Let no person believe that
they have the 'right' to force others to bow to
