Gompholobium scabrum		Outstanding bushy shrub to 1.5m. Heath like leaves and large mauve pea flowers in spring. Well-drained, well-mulched soil in part shade.
Grevillea robusta Silky Oak		Tall straight tree to 30m with attractive fern like foliage. Spectacular golden orange toothbrush flowers in spring. Well-drained soil. Tolerates dryness and frost once established.
Guichenotia macrantha Purple Bells		Dense rounded shrub to 1m with narrow grey-green leaves. Showy pink-purple bellflowers in winter and spring. Most soils including salty but needs good drainage.
Hakea bucculenta		Tall shrub to4m with fine long leaves. Tapered spikes of red flowers 15cm long in winter and spring. Outstanding ornamental. Good drainage essential.
