What are Indigenous Native Plants?
These are plants that come from the area in which they are found growing naturally, in our case, the SW of Western Australia. Indigenous plants differ from naturalised plants that have been introduced from other regions. These plants can become weeds in a local environment. View Catalogue

What are Provenance Plants?
Provenance plants are grown from seeds collected from an indigenous species from a specific region. They are collected as close as possible to the intended planting site, in our case, the bush around Balingup.

What are Bush Foods?
The Australian Aboriginal diet was traditionally composed of 80% Edible Native Plants. They selected food which was available and ate it for nutritional purposes, rather than flavour. Today, there is a growing interest in the cultivation of native edible plants as a source of food. Browse through our growing selection
